Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Pipeline 2 Success, a trade-training and workforce-development platform. By creating an account, starting a subscription, accepting an invite, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Pipeline 2 Success provides training paths, lessons, knowledge checks, field verification tools, team management, reporting, company programs, recognition, and related features for trade businesses and their employees.

We may update, improve, add, or remove features over time. Some features may depend on plan, add-on, role, permission, availability, or third-party services.

2. Accounts And Authorized Users

Customers are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign, and the activity that occurs under their organization account. Each user must keep login credentials secure and may only access data they are authorized to access.

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and to keep it current.

3. Customer Data And Ownership

As between you and Pipeline 2 Success, you retain ownership of your Customer Data and Customer Content, including company-specific uploads, SOPs, policies, training materials, user records, and other materials you provide through the service.

You grant Pipeline 2 Success a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, analyze, back up, secure, and otherwise use Customer Data and Customer Content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service.

Pipeline 2 Success owns the service, software, workflows, templates, training structures, standard curriculum, prompts, rubrics, analytics methods, designs, documentation, and generalized improvements that are not Customer Data or Customer Content.

4. Training Outputs

If the service generates customer-specific training, lessons, quizzes, programs, summaries, or other outputs from your Customer Content, those outputs are treated as Customer Content for confidentiality and customer-specific reuse purposes.

Pipeline may still use generalized structures, templates, non-identifying learnings, usage patterns, and aggregate performance data to improve the service and develop better training methods.

5. Network Intelligence Opt-In

Network Intelligence participation is part of becoming a Pipeline customer and is accepted during signup.

If you opt in, you authorize Pipeline to use Customer Data, Customer Content, Training Outputs, usage data, feedback, and performance data to create aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, generalized, or transformed insights, benchmarks, templates, training methods, operational frameworks, product improvements, and recommendations.

Pipeline may use those generalized or transformed insights to improve the service, develop benchmarks, improve training methods, support business analysis, and support operational improvement. Pipeline will not disclose your company identity, employee personal data, customer lists, pricing, or unmodified confidential materials to another customer or third party through Network Intelligence.

If a separate written agreement applies to your organization, that agreement may include different or additional data-use terms.

6. Confidentiality And Trade Secrets

Customer-specific SOPs, internal processes, proprietary training materials, and similar confidential business information should remain protected. Pipeline will use reasonable safeguards designed to keep tenant data isolated and to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

Customers are responsible for deciding what confidential materials they upload and for ensuring they have the right to upload and use those materials in the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual property rights, compromise security, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misuse another customer's data.

You may not attempt to extract assessment answer keys, bypass access controls, or use the service to train users on unsafe or unlawful practices.

8. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Pipeline does not store card numbers or CVV codes. Plan pricing, seat counts, add-ons, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and payment failures may be managed through the checkout and billing flows we provide.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Pipeline may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database, billing, analytics, email, AI, or other product functions. Those providers may process data as needed to support the service.

10. Service Availability And Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, investigate misuse, or prevent harm.

11. Disclaimers

Pipeline provides training and operational tools. It does not replace professional judgment, licensing requirements, code compliance responsibilities, safety obligations, legal advice, or employer supervision.

Training content may reference codes, standards, or exam topics, but customers and users are responsible for verifying requirements that apply in their location and situation.
